The Engagement Manager should review the Service Demand Plan and update the Skill matrix and Staffing plan
periodically. This is crucial for the success of the Resource Management to understand and meet the resource
requirements of the Service Engagement.
Service Demand Plan is updated based on the demand for services captured from various change drivers. Reviewing the
Service Demand Plan will help the Service Engagement Manger to identify impact due to changing business needs of the
Client on the Service Engagement resources, make adjustments and re-forecast the Staffing Plan.
